Visual Art: HDG Blog Logos Designed by Jose

Why did Jose design these logos?

I have made a few different graphics for this site, or perhaps I should call them logos for my different post types. Here is what I have come up with so far.

The “art” logo above is used for posts like this where I will post either graphic design stuff or pictures of visual art pieces that I make. I doodle. I don’t consider myself very gifted at drawing, but I enjoy the little things I draw. Future postings will contain photos of some of my actual “art” pieces.

The “music” logo is for posts where I discuss the music I’ve written. (The first featured post in this category will be out on September 4, 2016)

The “lyrics’ logo is for posts where I discuss lyrics I’ve written.

The “blog” logo is used for journal entries or site updates. I try to keep Fridays as a Journal entry day where I will talk about various things. Site updates pop up from time to time and are not tied to any particular day.

Finally, the “poetry” logo is used when I post my own poems.

I have designed a few other logos but I won’t share them yet, since they are for topics that I will reveal in the future.

I used logomakr.com to design these logos. It is quick and easy. I love designing visual things even if I don’t consider myself very gifted in this particular discipline.
